All Roboz instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Any Roboz instrument, which proves defective in workmanship or material will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion without charge. It's that simple.
Return and Exchange Policy
All Roboz Instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Any Roboz Instrument, which proves defective in workmanship and/or material, will be replaced without charge.
Please inspect your instruments upon receipt of your order. If your items show signs of being damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
All requests to return or exchange must be authorized by a Roboz customer service representative. Returns and exchanges must be received within 90 days of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
In order for us to better serve you, please have the following information ready when you call.
1. Your purchase order number/or sales order number
2. Person that placed the order must call in for the return.
3. The items you want to return/exchange
4. Reason for the return/exchange
Depending on the reason for return a 10% restocking fee may apply. You will be informed as to whether or not this fee is applicable to your return at time of authorization.
Once this information is obtained you will be provided with a return authorization number that must be placed on the outside of the box. If these instructions are not followed, your package may be refused.
All returned items must be unused to receive full credit. (Exceptions: If the item is defective, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued)
The following merchandise will not be accepted:
1. Used instruments
2. Color coded instruments
3. Merchandise held longer than 90 days
4. Merchandise without a return authorization number
We reserve the right to inspect all returned instruments before issuing a credit. A credit may not be issued for instruments that have been used or damaged.
PLEASE NOTE: TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN, A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IF YOUR ITEMS WERE PURCHASED MORE THAN 90 DAYS AGO, OR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR POLICY, PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-800-424-2984.
Discount Policy
Whether large or small, Roboz Surgical values all of our customers equally, and we strive to provide all our customers with the same level of support and service. Therefore, we do not offer any individual customer or order volume price discounts. Occasionally, we offer promotional prices on some of our products and when we do, we extend them to all of our customers.
